All Ex Libris Odoratis books, zines and perfumes are limited-edition items. 

These items are subject to longer production times due to the delicate and particular process in which they are created. All purchases are final. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is a defect or problem with your order please reach out to us at darkdetails@gmail.com within 5 business days with photos and a description of your issue and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the time we receive them. Depending on the order and postage paid, they may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Media Mail.  

Specific items from our catalog are available to be shipped to a select number of international countries outside of the United States. While we have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible, we understand that the cost of international airmail can be prohibitive.

Please note that Ex Libris Odoratis is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments; these remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Lost Packages
On very rare occasions, the packages we ship to you can become lost in transit. Please note that Ex Libris Odoratis cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.

Here are some tips, in case your package has been reported as delivered but you cannot find it:

• USPS delivery vans have GPS that may prematurely mark a shipment as "delivered". Wait another business day; it is possible that the package was accidentally marked as delivered, and may arrive the following day.

• Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your local office, and not the USPS hotline (this can take a lot of time; they will repeat the tracking information you already have). Inquire about the mail carrier responsible for delivering the parcel and their details of that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.

• If the parcel does not show up, please file a claim with USPS online at usps.gov.

Fragrances
Perfume sold by Ex Libris Odoratis is carefully formulated in compliance with International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards. These standards are designed to ensure that fragrance ingredients are used safely, based on ongoing scientific research and regulatory guidance. However, individual sensitivities to fragrance ingredients may vary. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergic reactions, we highly recommend conducting a patch test prior to using any of our products. To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of the product to a small area of skin (such as the inside of your elbow) and wait 24-48 hours to check for any signs of irritation or sensitivity.
